The School Day
Beginning of the day
Start – gates open at 8:40am. The KS1 gate will open when the breakfast club children are indoors.
Children should be in the playground ready to enter the school building when the bell goes at 8.50am. The doors will close at 9am. Children arriving after this time should enter via the main reception. Parents are requested to sign in their child and state a reason for lateness.
For our reception classes the doors open at 8.45am. This allows sufficient time for parents to drop siblings off at the other playgrounds.
Breaks
Morning and afternoon breaks are 15 minutes for both KS1 and KS 2 children.
Lunchtime
The lunch breaks last for 1 hour for all children at the following times:.

End of day
Children can be collected from outside their classroom at 3:30pm. For reception children, this is 3.25pm.
The school is open to children for 33hrs hours per week.
